I really need to stop taking these hiatuses...

Ok ok, I've been busy studying and half-losing my mind...but hey, that comes with the territory of school. Nevertheless, I have been shooting a fair bit in the mean time. Here are some shots from the past two months (jeez, has it really been that long since I last posted).

Tanq should have bitten me for this. But it would have been worth it nevertheless...

Gummi Bears!

With exam time closing in, what does the best girlfriend in the world do for me? Care package, baby! Woohoo! Snacks, sauces, and CANDY. Nothing complements hematology quite like gummi bears!

David and Matthew

I must say I am ecstatic to be an uncle to two little guys! I have to welcome baby David to this world, and wish a happy 2nd birthday to Matthew!

Fremi (Fred + Emi) Ho

Not every day does your roomie from freshman year of college get married. And not every day, does a couple throw a bash like this at the Ritz Carlton in San Francisco. An incredibly elegant venue, a beautiful bride, a goofy groom, the best wedding food I've ever had, and plenty of drinks. Seriously good times ensued. Congrats Emi and Fred!
(I wish I got more shots for you guys, but I was trying to stick to my seat and stay out of everyone's way!)

Hiatus #33124890257

This was quite an eventful summer with absoultely amazing photo opportunities. I'm quite sad to see it end (because I have to get back to the books). Nevertheless, I got to attend a wedding in Seattle and San Diego. Both were intimate and wonderfully-executed - I LOVE seeing weddings like this. And being a guest means I can actually have a good time and not worry about missing shots! Here are some shots of these two new lucky couples.

Seattle - Amy and John

San Diego - Tracy and Leo

Saks and the City

Everyone, meet Maria, the University of San Francisco's latest soon-to-be alumni.  To commemorate the significance of graduation, Maria wanted to capture her life in San Francisco to give her family in Seattle a taste of the Bay Area.  On this frigid evening, we started at the USF campus and Saint Ignacious Cathedral, touring the USF campus.  Next, this self-proclaimed president of the SF chapter of Shopaholics Anonymous truly lit up in front of the camera once we hit the shopping district!  And finally, after a long evening in the cold, we all made it out to the foot pier off Embarcadero, looking back onto downtown SF.  The shoot took a little bit longer than I would have expected due to some equipment mishaps, but Maria's patience allowed her to keep chugging along with a bright smile.  Thanks!
